Singing the glory of the Lord is highly sacred. When you sing the Names of the Lord (Namasmarana), the snakes of bad qualities will come out. Namasmarana is like the piped musical instrument (Nadhaswaram), that attracts the snakes of evil qualities and draws them out and away from you. You must repeat the Lord’s Name in order to get rid of your negativities. Sing unto Him from the depth of your hearts, without any inhibition, with total dedication. Only then you can experience divine bliss. Today the Universe is facing a lot of problems due to lack of this habit. Young or old, rich or poor, educated or otherwise, everyone must do Namasmarana. Make this habit the very breath of your life. Let each and every cell of your body be filled with the Divine Name. Nothing else can give you the bliss, courage and strength you derive from singing the Lord’s Glory.

தெய்வத் திருநாமத்தைப் பாடுதல் மிகவும் புனிதமானதாகும். நீங்கள் கடவுளின் திருநாமத்தைப் பாடினால் (அதாவது நாமஸ்மரணை செய்தால்), தீய குணங்கள் எனும் பாம்புகள் வெளியேறிவிடும். நாமஸ்மரணை என்பது தீய குணங்கள் எனும் பாம்புகளை ஈர்த்து, அவற்றை உங்களிடமிருந்து வெளியேற்றும் நாதஸ்வரம் எனும் இசைக் கருவி போன்றதாகும். உங்கள் தீய நாட்டங்களை நீக்குவதற்கு கடவுளின் திருநாமத்தை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் ஜபித்துக் கொண்டிருங்கள். எவ்வித தயக்கமுமின்றி உங்கள் இதயத்தின் ஆழத்திலிருந்து, பூரணமான அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் பாடுங்கள். அப்படிச் செய்தால் மட்டுமே உங்களால் தெய்வீக ஆனந்தத்தை அநுபவிக்க முடியும். இந்தப் பழக்கத்தைக் கைவிட்டதால் தான் இன்று இந்தப் ப்ரபஞ்சம் பல்வேறு கஷ்டங்களை எதிர்கொள்ள வேண்டியிருக்கிறது. இளைஞரோ முதியவரோ, செல்வந்தரோ ஏழையோ, கற்றவரோ கல்லாதவரோ, அனைவரும் நாமஸ்மரணை செய்ய வேண்டும். இந்தப் பழக்கத்தை உங்கள் வாழ்வின் உயிர் மூச்சாகக் கொள்ளுங்கள். உங்கள் உடலின் ஒவ்வொரு உயிரணுவிலும் இறைவனின் திருநாமம் நிறைந்திருக்க வேண்டும். இறைவனின் மகிமையைப் பாடுவதால் கிடைக்கும் ஆனந்தத்தையும், தைரியத்தையும், பலத்தையும் உங்களுக்கு வேறெதுவும் அளிக்க முடியாது.
